Outcome Race cancelled but some swamped on way back - all rescued safely
Description Racing was cancelled during an event due to unsafe conditions. Some boats were already at the start so they were told to row back down the course. Under the Mass Ave bridge, Syracuse JV swamped. They were up to their armpits in water and had to be rescued by launches. Their boat was towed in. Luckily, it was a warm day, and all of the coaches who were out there came and helped so no one was hurt.
