Boat Construction Sealed bow and stern
Outcome All rescued safely. 
Description While crossing river the 8+ was swamped by waves from a tugboat proceeding from Toledo to Lake Erie. No injuries or hypothermia. Coach launch with life jackets picked up rowers and transported to river bank in two trips. Rowers picked up and taken back to boathouse. Boat towed back to dock (very, very, very slowly).
